Raine Cox is the Transportation Policy Analyst at Reason Foundation.

Raine earned bachelor’s degrees in History, International Affairs, Political Science, and Animal Science, along with a Master of Public Administration and a degree in Education Administration and Policy at University of Georgia (UGA). During her time at UGA, she participated in the GLOBIS Human Research Lab alongside Dr. K. Chad Clay, contributing to research that supported her minor in International Human Rights and Security. Raine also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Undergraduate Law Review at Georgia, President of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society, and was a member of the Club Equestrian team. In addition, she volunteered with Dawgs Raising Dawgs, helping raise and train guide dogs for individuals with visual impairments.​
