Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is a research assistant in SRG's Ventura office analyzing residential development trends and projections for Ventura County in order to assess the impact of recent land-use initiatives. Jones is pursuing an M.A in public policy at Pepperdine University with concentrations in American politics and economics. He was awarded the Hanson Scholarship for demonstrated self-initiative, leadership potential, and an interest in helping others. Prior to his graduate studies, Jones lived and worked in Rockford, Illinois, assisting the homeless, veterans, and welfare recipients through the Promised Land Employment Service where began as an Americorps VISTA volunteer, secured and coordinated a substantial HUD grant, then continued for three years as Promised Land's executive director.
