Cody Moser is a transportation policy research intern at Reason Foundation.
Moser previously interned at the Cato Institute in welfare and poverty. He is currently a visiting graduate student in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University. Moser received his master’s degree in anthropology at Texas A&M University and his bachelor’s degree in anthropology at Florida State University.
