Caden Rosenbaum is the Managing Director of Technology Policy at Reason Foundation.
He previously served as the Senior Policy Analyst at Libertas Institute where he led the tech and innovation policy team and played a leading role in advancing several legislative reforms in Utah and abroad.
His diverse background in technology, innovation, and workforce policy also includes many years working alongside some of the country’s brightest minds at organizations like TechFreedom and the Center for Growth and Opportunity at Utah State University.
Caden holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, two BBAs in Finance and Accounting from Lubbock Christian University, and is an active member of the DC bar.
