At, Reason magazine’s Jesse Walker examines all the new spending proposals coming from a “conservative” president and writes, “if you could transmit W.’s domestic rhetoric back to the middle of the century, there would be little there to offend a northeastern Democrat.” Full Column Here And Reason Science Correspondent Ronald Bailey writes, “My advice to President Bush on how really to jumpstart consumer-driven health care: mandatory private health insurance. Poor Americans would be offered a voucher with which they would buy private health coverage.
