Marisa Gonzalez

Marisa Gonzalez is the Operations Manager at Reason Foundation. In this role, she oversees core operational functions, including organizational processes, financial coordination, and internal systems that support the foundation’s policy, media, and research work. She partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, accountability, and scalable infrastructure across the organization.

Prior to joining Reason, Marisa held operations, finance, and grants management roles in nonprofit and organizational settings, where she focused on building streamlined processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and strengthening internal coordination.

Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Northern Virginia, Marisa now lives in Annandale with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering on D.C. sports teams — with the eternal optimism that comes from lifelong fandom.
