Lydia Ocampo

Lydia Ocampo is the Talent Coordinator at Reason Foundation, where she manages the search process for open roles and assists with new hire onboarding.

Prior to joining Reason’s team, she was an Outreach Manager at Talent Market, where she assisted free-market nonprofits with their talent needs. During this time, she managed over 100 searches from entry to senior-level in a wide variety of fields.

Before her time at Talent Market, she worked in the private sector doing data processing and previously worked with Young American’s for Liberty.

Lydia currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband and daughter. She enjoys drawing and painting, attending events, and has a slight addiction to coffee.
