David L. Morgan, Jr. is the Government Affairs Associate at Reason Foundation.
Before joining Reason, Morgan worked for Americans for Prosperity and taught U.S. History at KIPP Atlanta Collegiate.
Morgan began his career in public policy began with American Federation for Children advocating for school choice. He also served on the Cobb County School Board in Georgia from 2009-2020.
Born and raised in metro Atlanta, Morgan attended college on a baseball scholarship at Grambling State University. He graduated with a degree in political science.
