Food prices up, don’t expect a tax cut

Accordign to this Financial Times artilce high food prices have dramatically reduced the amount governments around the word are paying to farmers in subsidies. Great! Saving the government money, glad to hear it. I am not holding my breath for a tax refund check. Wonder where they will spend it instead . . .
