I was interviewed and quoted for this Wall Street Journal article yesterday on California’s plans to tap private financing to develop a new public courthouse in Long Beach. As I noted in the article, hopefully policymakers will start to realize that if you can use this model for things like roads and courthouses, then why not schools, higher ed facilities, psychiatric hospitals, etc.?
