A bad idea with a lei is still a bad idea

The dogged reporters at the stellar Hawaii Reporter shine the cold, harsh light of day on the height of democracy gone bad in America–state and local government in Hawaii. Lurking under the smell of hibiscus is the smell of something fishy, and rotten.
