Bookkeeper

Reason Foundation, an LA-based think tank, is looking for a talented, detail-oriented bookkeeper to work full-time out of our Los Angeles headquarters.

Responsibilities:
The bookkeeper will handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, enter journals and payroll, and assist with account reconciliations and the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Experience:
BA required, accounting or related field preferred. Two years of bookkeeping experience with a nonprofit, and experience with MAS90 are preferred, but not required. A highly qualified applicant will understand the principles of cost center accounting and job costing, and have excellent attention to detail.
