Jessica Murphy

Jessica is the Grants Manager at Reason Foundation, a nonprofit think tank advancing free minds and free markets. Prior to joining Reason, she managed foundation relationships at Libertas Institute, where she helped launch the inaugural grant program to support state-based regulatory reform. She has also worked in development, policy, and event planning at the state, national, and international levels with various State Policy Network affiliate think tanks, Students For Liberty, the Leadership Institute, and the Utah County government. She holds a BA in political science and a BS in environmental policy from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She was born in South Africa and raised in Wisconsin. She considers herself a global citizen and fully embraces a digital nomad lifestyle.
