Gary Charles is a criminal justice reform policy analyst at Reason Foundation.
Before joining Reason Foundation, Charles clerked for Chief Judge Erik P. Kimball in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Charles graduated from the University of the Pacific with a bachelor’s degree in political science and from American University Washington College of Law with his juris doctorate.
He is based in Washington, D.C.
