According to The Times of India British Prime Minister Tony Blair recently hit the nail on the head when he spoke to the Confederation of Business Industry about the service jobs shifting to India and China: “What I can’t do is shield you from the world. The economy out there will be decided by knowledge, skills and education, by value-added goods and services.”
