National Parks raise entry fees

Some of the nation's top national parks will raise fees next year by $5 per vehicle to pay for improvements, upgrades, maintenance, etc.

It is a typically harsh reality that we all want top notch parks, with free access, but don't want to increase taxes to pay for it. User fees are really the best way to pay most park costs, and bring many benefits to management and operations.
