The dean of U-C Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law says it should privatize to gain more control of its management and finances - and gain flexibility from administrators.
Coming from Berkeley it sounds like a crazy idea, however, South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford proposed a plan to all state universities to privatize and become private schools.
