Scott Bush
Bio
Scott Bush has directed the "Reinventing EPA & Environmental Policy" project at National Environmental Policy Institute since its inception in 1994. He has directed the environmental program for the Center for Strategic and International Studies and has held high level positions in EPA’s Water Program and the Department of Energy. He also served in the State Department as a Foreign Service Officer. Mr. Bush has a J.D. from Northwestern University Law School and a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College.
