Roger J. Marzulla, P.C. heads the environmental section of the Washington office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P. A nationally recognized authority on environmental law, Mr. Marzulla specializes in environmental enforcement litigation, regulatory compliance, environmental crime, natural resources law, and environmental policy and legislation. Before joining Akin, Gump, Mr. Marzulla served as an Assistant Attorney General in charge of Environmental and Natural Resources division of the U.S. Justice Department.
