Kenneth A. Small

Kenneth A. Small is a Professor and Chair of Economics at the University of California at Irvine. The recent author of Urban Transportation Economics, Professor Small is also co-editor of the international journal Urban Studies. He is currently serving on a National Academy of Sciences panel studying congestion pricing.
