Bio

Kathleen Segerson is currently an associate professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Connecticut. She holds a Ph.D. degree from Cornell University (1984) and a B.A. from Dartmouth College (1977). She is also currently Vice-President of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists.
