Bio

Douglas Houston is Professor of Business Economics and Koch Industries Faculty Fellow at the School of Business, University of Kansas. He is the author of a number of articles on electric power issues, such as Deregulating Electric Utilities: A Market Process Approach, in Cato Journal; Can Energy Markets Drive DSM , in Electricity Journal; User Ownership of Electric Transmission Grids, in Regulation; and A Tool of Opportunity: Privatization of the TVA, in National Forum.
