Indur M. Goklany, Ph.D. is an author and a researcher who was associated with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change off and on for 20 years as an author, expert reviewer and U.S. delegate to that organization. He is the author of The Improving State of the World: Why We're Living Longer, Healthier, More Comfortable Lives on a Cleaner Planet (Cato Institute, Washington, DC, 2007).
