Alexander Volokh has been a policy analyst with the Reason Public Policy Institute (RPPI) since 1994. Reason Foundation has published numerous studies on education innovations, charter schools, and contract services, including Alternative Teacher Organizations: Evolution of Professional Associations, Charter School Innovations: Keys to Effective Charter Reform, and Using Contractors to Cook, Clean, and Drive the Bus.
