Why is Egypt's Economy Expanding?

I actually don't have an answer to this question, but it is something I wondered after looking at this map created by Moody's. This "global recession status" map for 2009 highlights where the countries of the world stand in terms of growing, at risk of a downturn, or recession.

A quick Google search on Egypt's economy revealed this article, which suggests that Egypt is really at risk of suffering from a global downturn in tourism. So anyone with information on this subject, please let me know your thoughts.
