For example, you think after two years of education stimulus, advocates for special education kids and low-income Title I kids are just going to keep quiet as the additional $26 billion in federal spending dries up? This will be true for the entire $147 billion. This is an unprecedented increase in the level of federal spending for education in the United States. Once this new federal education ball gets rolling, do not expect it to stop.
