You are cordially invited to join Reason for the opening night screening of CAN WE TAKE A JOKE?, a side-splitting and thoughtful new documentary that examines the collision between comedy and outrage culture. Directed by Reason.tv alum Ted Balaker and narrated by comedian Christina Pazsitzky, CAN WE TAKE A JOKE? features commentary by comedy heavyweights Adam Carolla, Gilbert Gottfried, Penn Jillette, Heather McDonald, Jim Norton, Lisa Lampanelli, Karith Foster, and more. The film is packed with the sort of scandalous jokes that might get you kicked off of a college campus – but it also reminds you that what’s really at stake here is free speech and the wild and weird process that fuels human progress.
