Wisconsin ranks 30th in total highway disbursements, 14th in fatalities, 6th in deficient or functionally obsolete bridges and 27th in urban Interstate congestion. Wisconsin’s best rankings come in deficient or functionally obsolete bridges (6th), narrow rural lanes (12th) and fatality rates (14th).
