Bio

Brian Seasholes is a research fellow with Reason Foundation. His work deals with wildlife and land-use issues, especially the Endangered Species Act, property rights, wildlife conservation, the effects of wind energy on wildlife, and oil sands. Mr. Seasholes received his Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Wesleyan University, and his Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where his research focused on the institutional aspects of wildlife conservation, and his thesis was on the Bubiana Conservancy in Zimbabwe. His writings have appeared in the Forbes, National Review Online, Christian Science Monitor, Houston Chronicle, Orange County Register, The Washington Times, and the Endangered Species Update.
