Please join us in welcoming Reason contributor and celebrity ghostwriter Michael Malice, in conversation with John Tierney, to discuss his new book DEAR READER: The Unauthorized Autobiography of Kim Jong Il. Taken directly from original sources spirited out of his trip to north Korea (which he wrote about for Reason), DEAR READER is a first-person account of Kim Jong Il's life and a history of the world's least-understood--and least-free--nation.

Michael Malice is the subject of Harvey Pekar's graphic novel Ego & Hubris. He's also the co-author of several other books, including Made in America (with UFC Hall of Famer Matt Hughes) and I Want You to Shut the F#ck Up (with comedian D. L. Hughley). You can reach him at facebook.com/michaelmalice or michaelmalice.com.
