Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Were Never Privatized
Government-sponsored enterprises dealt with risk and profit differently
September 18, 2008The re-nationalization of mortgage insurers Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac presents a serious challenge to national housing policy.
